We did not fail our application for regulatory approval, and the work towards obtaining this is for the medical device is still ongoing. Unfortunately, this is just taking longer to achieve that first anticipated and therefore could take some time to achieve. 

Due to this delay, we decided that a phased approach would help people to benefit from Median Nerve Stimulation whilst we continue this work. This is the Neupulse C.
