You can check whether the device is suitable for you by completing our quick survey. This survey asks questions based on the contraindications stated in our User Manual to find out whether you are eligible to use Neupulse C. If based on the survey, you are eligible to use the device, we'd recommend trying it to find out if it feels right for you. 

If you decide to purchase a device online, we offer a 30-day return window from the date the device arrives with you, so you'll have enough time to try the device and decide if you want to keep it. If you decide you don't and let us know within the 30 days, we'll arrange collection of the device and offer a full refund.

Alternatively, we are going to be offering a ‘try before you buy’ (TBYB) service, which will be open following our general launch. By visiting our office in Nottingham, for a small fee (£50) you can try the device with support from our team. If you go on to purchase the device, the fee will be offset against your purchase.
