We do encourage to you to use the same email address you ordered the device with, just to keep everything together on the same account.
How does the subscription work?
• First gel pad box will be dispatched within 3-4 working days of you ordering.
• Each delivery contains 32 pairs of gel pads.
• The subscription will automatically renew every month and a new box will be dispatched.
• At present, you can cancel or ‘skip’ your subscription at any time by accessing the subscription portal link you'll receive via email when you sign up for the subscription.
• Each ‘skip’ is one month. There is no restriction on how many times you can ’skip’ your subscription.
• If the next order is already being processed or dispatched then a pause or cancellation will take effect from the following month. We recommend cancelling or 'skipping' 4 to 5 working days before renewal.
