Why does the device turn on and off during stimulation?Updated 7 hours ago

By default, when you set up your device, it will be set to provide stimulation for 2 minutes, followed by a rest for 1 minute; this will repeat for the session duration (the default session duration is 15 minutes). 

You can adjust the session duration, length of the stimulation period, and length of the rest period on the Neutrack C app. We always recommend experimenting with different durations to find what works for you - you don't need to stay on the default setting!

Purposes of the rest period:
The rest period provides relief from the stimulation. Stimulation can feel intense and many people find it reduces the likelihood of discomfort when they have a brief rest period during their stimulation session.

For many people, the effects of Neupulse C sustain beyond just the time when stimulation is active; this means that positive effects continue even during the rest period. This also means that you can get the same effect, while preserving the device's battery life and reducing the chance of discomfort.

You can reduce or increase the length of your rest periods in the Neutrack C app.
