What to expect
We really appreciate the journey you may be making to visit us, so we want to reiterate that the Neupulse C device works differently for each person, and unfortunately does not work for everyone. We cannot guarantee that the device will have the same effects that you may have seen from other customers.
Purchasing a device
We are currently unable to ship devices outside the UK. If you decide to purchase a Neupulse C, you will need to complete your purchase during your session and take the device with you. Your TBYB appointment fee will only be deducted from the device price if you purchase before the end of your session.
Gel pads
We are also unable to ship gel pads outside the UK, so non-UK residents cannot sign up for a gel pad subscription. However, you can purchase gel pads during your session, up to a maximum of 6 boxes per device purchased (32 pads per box).
Language
All sessions will be run in English, and require the person who will be testing the device to be able to understand and speak English. This is to ensure all instructions are clear, and so that we can monitor the response to the device.
The Neutrack App
The Neutrack App is only available to download from the UK app store. Please ensure you will have access to the UK app store should you choose to purchase a device, as we will be unable to change this for you.
Returns
If you decide to return your device, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know. As we cannot provide prepaid return postage from outside the UK, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the device to be returned to our offices.
Once we receive the device in its original packaging with all parts included, our technical team will check that it is in working order. We will then refund the cost of the device, minus the TBYB appointment fee, to your original payment method.
