Can I have the device delivered outside of the UK?Updated 10 days ago
Currently we can only accept orders for residential addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Once we gain regulatory approval in each territory, we will be able to ship internationally to those territories.
We can only sell and deliver to countries and regions where we have received regulatory approval and have registered the devices with the relevant competent authorities.
We do not recommend taking the device overseas as there are several limitations:
Gel pads
We are unable to ship gel pads outside the UK, so non-UK residents cannot sign up for a gel pad subscription. However, you can purchase gel pads in bulk, up to a maximum of 6 boxes per device purchased (32 pads per box).

The Neutrack C App
The Neutrack C App is only available to download from the UK app store (this usually means you need to be in the UK to download the app). The app will continue to work overseas, but you will not be able to receive app updates.

Returns
If you decide to return your device, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know. As we cannot provide prepaid return postage from outside the UK, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the device to be returned to our offices.
