You can take the device outside of the UK temporarily, just ensure that you have enough gel pads to last for the duration of your trip.
We are unable to ship gel pads outside the UK, so non-UK residents cannot sign up for a gel pad subscription. However, you can purchase gel pads in bulk, up to a maximum of 6 boxes (32 pads per box).
The Neutrack C App is only available to download from the UK app store. Please ensure you will have access to the UK app store should you choose to purchase a device, as we will be unable to change this for you (this usually means you need to be in the UK to download the app). The app will continue to work overseas, but you will not be able to receive app updates.
If you decide to return your device, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know. As we cannot provide prepaid return postage from outside the UK, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the device to be returned to our offices.
