How do I cancel or pause my subscription?Updated 10 days ago
There is no minimum term or notice period associated with your subscription, you can pause or cancel at any time.
To cancel your subscription:
1. Locate the confirmation email you received from Neupulse for your subscription order titled 'Subscription activated from Neupulse'.
2. Within the email locate 'Manage subscription' and click this link.
3. This will take you to a page where you can cancel or pause your subscription (you may first need to log in using the same email address).
