How do I place the gel pads?Updated 12 days ago

• Remove the gel pads from the packet and carefully separate the two pads along the perforated line.
• Peel off the protective film using the long tab.
• Place each gel pad onto an electrode, making sure the adhesive side is facing down. Ensure the electrodes are completely covered and that the gel pads do not touch each other.
• Once the gel pads are securely attached to the electrodes, remove the remaining protective plastic liner by peeling it away using the long tab.
