The Neupulse C device has a one-year limited warranty, which provides repair or replacement cover. The limited warranty does not cover: damage resulting from misuse, accident, neglect, improper handling or unauthorised modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear including cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, consumables or accessories not supplied by us.

If your device requires repair, please contact a member of our team via [email protected] with a description of the issue and clear photographs, along with your full name and order number. 

We will then assist with troubleshooting and return of the device for further investigation if necessary.

Please note: we cannot arrange returns and replacements outside of the UK. You would need to pay for the international shipping yourself to return a faulty or unwanted device to us. We can also only ship replacement devices within the UK.
