When will the device be available outside of the UK?
International availability is a big priority for us and is something we’re actively working towards, however we’re currently unable to offer timelines on when the device may be available for delivery outside of the UK.
Can I have the device delivered outside of the UK?
The device cannot be delivered outside of the UK and should not be taken outside of the UK permanently. This is due to:
Can I take the device outside of the UK?
You can take the device outside of the UK temporarily, just ensure that you have enough gel pads to last for the duration of your trip.
Is the device available on the NHS?
The device is not currently available on the NHS. This is something we’re aiming to do in the future, however given the length and complexity of the process we are unable to offer a timeline on this.
